Buxx Software Systems:
AI-Driven Trading Solution

Master the Market with Buxx’s AI and Data-Driven Trading System

Buxx is a cutting-edge smart order management system designed for trading, leveraging the power of artificial intelligence (AI) and big data. Catering to investment managers, traders, and trading floors worldwide, Buxx serves as an essential tool for securities transactions on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and other global exchanges. Buxx caters to both self-managed trades and those made on behalf of investment firms or clients.
Buxx’s system is designed to manage a high volume of trading orders across multiple financial assets, spanning numerous bank accounts, banks, and brokers. Each order is constituted by essential parameters such as limit price and requested quantity, coupled with more sophisticated variables and strategies. Employing AI-based algorithms, Buxx optimizes the execution price and minimizes market impact, making each transaction as efficient as possible.

How Does
Buxx Work?

Buxx operates through an exhaustive database storing extensive historical and real-time data on all securities traded on the stock exchanges. This data is processed swiftly in real-time. Harnessing advanced machine learning algorithms, the system dispatches multiple trading orders that adapt swiftly to market fluctuations and the pace of order execution. This strategic approach ensures the best performance for the user, with minimal effort required from the trader or investment manager, and minimum market rate impact.

Trading Strategy

Powered by AI, data-driven insights, and a formidable team, Buxx mimics a seasoned trader’s decision-making process. Considering variables like market conditions and a security’s historical marketability, Buxx’s approach to executing orders evolves continuously to reflect changing market dynamics. Here’s how it works:
Order Management: Buxx optimizes user orders by splitting them into smaller transactions. This is based on factors such as a security’s marketability, transaction size, order value, and available execution time. This strategy minimizes market impact and exposure to volatile price fluctuations. When handling large volumes, Buxx employs “Iceberg” orders, tactically breaking down the order according to the size of other visible orders in the order book.
Rate Limit Updates: Buxx dynamically adjusts the rate limit in response to market fluctuations, ensuring the price remains at or better than the user-set rate limit. It considers factors like recent transactions, order progress, set aggressiveness level, time left to complete, and more, while abiding by the Orders-to-Trade (OTR) ratio set by the exchange to prevent penalties for excessive orders.
Spread Monitoring: Buxx keeps track of each security’s current and historical spread (between Bid and Ask) to identify and respond to any unusual activity. This prevents undesirable competition leading to increased purchase prices.
Quote and Take Transitions: Buxx analyzes transaction trends to identify whether deals are more likely to be made “on the Bid” or “on the Ask”. This knowledge informs whether Buxx should quote or take the opposite side. This automatic transition relies on recent market transactions and the rate of executing the requested quantity.
Bot Identification: Buxx can identify other trading bots and avoid price-impacting competitions. It can also mimics human behavior by randomizing command update times, making its activities less predictable.
